We do not currently have a physical store at this time, it may be something we have in the future so keep an eye out!
MY ORDER
Get in touch with us via email hello@ourbutterflyeffect.com as soon as possible to ensure we can act before it is sent out. If your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to intercept it.
Please note if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed you may be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
We do not accept returns.
Unfortunately accidents do happen. We try our best to ensure each item finds itself to you in perfect condition. If any of your orders come damaged please send a picture via email to hello@ourbutterflyeffect.com and we can sort out a solution.
We do not offer refunds or store credit for packages that have been destroyed in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier.
We try our best to ensure that nothing is missing from your packages but mistakes happen sometimes! If you notice that something is missing from your order please send an email to hello@ourbutterflyeffect.com and we can help locate your item!
I am so sorry to hear this, unfortunately we do not offer store credit or refunds for items that become damaged once they are in use.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75+
For orders under $75 the cost of shipping is determined by weight. It usually starts around $3.90 and goes up based on weight and destination.
Please note processing time and shipping time are two separate times frames.
Our order processing time is 3-6 business days from day of purchase. Delivery there after depends on the shipping method selected at check out, 1-3 business days for Priority Shipping, and 3-5 business days for almost all other options within the United States.
Once your order has processed a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address you used to checkout. If you have not received tracking for your order, this means that a shipping label has not been created for your package and it is still in queue to be processed.
Please refer to that tracking number to see the status of your order.
Orders being shipped via USPS First class do not come with insurance.
If you order arrives in the mail, box in tact, and with a broken crystal please reach out to us via email to resolve the issue.
Orders shipped via Priority Mail are insured up to $50.
